Requirements

• A relevant 3-year tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or related field
• 5 years and above relevant experience
• Computer literacy: MS Office

Key Performance Areas

• Develop, guide and advise departments in the planning and implementation of talent and people management strategies, plans, functions and activities
• Develop and implement strategic workforce plans across the departments
• Implement the talent attractions, retention and development strategies
• Coordinate and implement training and development programmes and interventions to align to departmental Strategic Workforce Plans
• Monitor, support, evaluate and report to the implementation of IPM in departments
• In collaboration with OE&I, assist in driving the implementation of organisational design and business improvement interventions and initiatives
• Coordinate the organisational development initiatives to be implemented in the directorate
• Develop and implement diversity and inclusiveness initiatives for departments
• Support line management in the managing of employee relations in departments
• Support the implementation of employee wellness interventions in departments
