Who are we looking for We are looking for a conceptually strong Senior Packaging Designer with at least 6 years of experience in brand and packaging design, from initial concept development through to final production-ready artwork. The ideal candidate has a strong creative eye, excellent technical print knowledge and the ability to mentor junior designers while delivering high-quality work across multiple brands. What will you do Conceptualise and develop creative brand and packaging designs across multiple brands Design and roll out packaging and print materials from concept to finished artwork Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate identity guidelines Create 3D mockups and renders for presentations Ensure artwork meets print specifications and technical standards Collaborate with traffic, client service, clients and creative teams to meet briefs and deadlines Manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional design quality Mentor junior designers and DTP team members What do you need A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or Art Direction, or a proven track record in retail brand and packaging design At least 6 years of graphic design experience, specifically in brand and packaging design Strong conceptual, creative and design skills Proven experience taking concepts through to final production-ready artwork Excellent knowledge of print production and technical standards Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop Ability to create 3D mockups and renders Photo retouching and editing skills would be advantageous Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
