POSITION INFO:
Work hand in hand with the Managing Director and be responsible for: Lead finance and operations in line with business objectives. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital. Drive cost optimisation, process improvements and operational efficiency. Manage inventory, supply chain performance and capital expenditure. Ensure strong financial controls, governance and risk management. Lead teams and partner with executive management to improve profitability. REQUIREMENTS: Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field. Extensive senior management experience in retail, FMCG, distribution, direct selling or a similar environment. Strong financial, commercial and operational management skills. Proven leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.
