Senior IT Operations Manager

POSITION INFO:
Cape Town | Permanent Role | On site Join a large enterprise environment where you'll lead operational performance, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and drive service improvements. Key Responsibilities Oversee IT operations and service delivery across key client accounts Monitor SLAs, lead operational reviews, and drive continuous improvement Manage compliance, information security, major incidents, and IT assets Lead implementations, service transitions, projects, and new site setups Coordinate with local and international teams to maintain service standards Manage operational costs and improve productivity Requirements Relevant graduate qualification; a Master's degree is advantageous 12 to 14 years of relevant industry experience Experience managing operations supporting 5,000 to 10,000 end users Strong knowledge of networking, systems, voice technologies, business applications, and ITSM Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills ITIL\/ITSM certifications and project management experience are advantageous Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and Visio Location and Work Arrangements: Based in Cape Town, this is a strictly office-based role involving shift work aligned with US time zones.
