A Luxurious Lodge in Nambiti Private Game Reserve is looking for a SENIOR / HEAD GUIDE to join their team

POSITION INFO:
This role suits a mature, polished guide who can deliver exceptional game drives and walks, mentor fellow guides, and host guests with confidence in a small, intimate lodge setting. Core Criteria: FGASA NQF Level 4 Lead Trails Guide qualification with a valid ARH Approximately 5 years' guiding experience in a Big 5 reserve Valid PDP and driver's licence Valid First Aid certificate NDT registration Team leadership and strong mentoring skills Excellent guest relations skills and confidence when hosting Strong technical knowledge Mature, stable and analytical, with a confident, well-spoken and highly presentable manner Advanced 4x4 driving qualification advantageous Core Responsibilities: Lead and conduct game drives and guided walks to a consistently high standard Guide, mentor and support the lodge's guiding team Host guests with warmth, confidence and professionalism, on and off the vehicle Share accurate, engaging interpretation of the wildlife, birdlife and ecology Ensure guest safety and responsible, ethical wildlife viewing at all times Maintain guiding vehicles and equipment in safe, presentable condition Work closely with lodge management to keep the guest experience seamless This is a live-in position.
