Senior Debt Recovery Specialist

A leading credit risk management organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Debt Recovery Specialist to join their team.

Requirements:
✅ Relevant qualification in Finance, Credit Management, Debt Collection or a related field would be advantageous.
✅ Proven experience in debt recovery, collections or credit control.
✅ Previous experience managing complex accounts and negotiating repayment arrangements.
✅ Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
✅ Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
✅ Ability to work under pressure, meet collection targets and manage competing priorities.
✅ Strong computer literacy and administrative skills.
