SECURITY SITE MANAGER / SHIFT SUPERVISOR

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of security personnel, maintaining high service standards and ensuring all site-specific security requirements are met.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements Grade 12 \/ Matric Grade A PSIRA registration and accreditation NKP accredited 5-8 years' experience in security operations Previous shift\/site management experience advantageous Must reside in or near Vanderbijlpark \/ Vaal area , or be willing to relocate at own cost Own reliable transport Computer literate - MS Word and Excel Clear criminal record Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and client liaison skills Ability to manage, supervise and discipline staff Willing to work flexible hours, extended hours and under pressure Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise security personnel and daily site operations Ensure all security officers comply with site and contractual requirements Maintain professional relationships with the client and address service-related matters Monitor and continuously improve security service levels Conduct regular site assessments and identify potential security risks Implement appropriate measures to minimise security threats and unauthorised access Address staff queries, performance issues and disciplinary matters Prepare and submit relevant operational and monthly reports Ensure compliance with all security procedures and site requirements Provide strong operational leadership and ensure consistent service delivery Key Competencies Strong leadership and people-management skills Analytical and critical-thinking ability Excellent attention to detail Strong planning and organisational skills Customer-focused and professional Assertive, disciplined and proactive Results-driven and able to work under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Consultant: Alke-Merique - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes Apply via our website If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
