Lead the design, analysis and delivery of complex structural engineering projects from concept through construction. Manage project budgets, technical teams, client relationships and regulatory compliance. Review and approve engineering designs, oversee construction activities, resolve technical challenges, mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring safe, cost-effective and code-compliant structural solutions. Job Experience and Skills Required: BEng/BSc Civil Engineering qualification with ECSA Professional Registration (PrEng) essential. 8+ years' structural engineering experience within industrial, manufacturing, mining, energy or heavy engineering environments. Proven experience leading complex structural design projects, multidisciplinary teams and client engagements. Proficiency in Prokon, Robot Structural Analysis, Tekla Structures, Revit and AutoCAD. Strong knowledge of steel and concrete structures, construction management, structural analysis and relevant engineering codes and standards. Apply now!
