    • Manage opportunities across new and existing accounts, including cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
    • Maintain regular customer engagement and coordinate the resolution of commercial or service-related concerns.
  • Sales Solutions

    • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through solution development, negotiation, closure, and handover.
    • Maintain accurate and current customer, opportunity, activity, forecast, and pipeline information in the CRM system.
    • Provide reliable forecasts, progress updates, and sales reporting, and proactively address pipeline
      gaps or deal risks.
  • Commercial Management
    • Develop commercially sound opportunities in line with pricing, margin, contracting, governance, and approval requirements.
    • Lead commercial negotiations with support from relevant stakeholders and protect the organisation’s value, risk, and profitability objectives.
    • Ensure a complete and effective handover of closed business to contracting, delivery, and customer success teams.
  • Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with internal business units, marketing, pre-sales, delivery, finance, legal, and vendor teams to progress opportunities.
    • Develop productive relationships with strategic technology and channel partners to support joint opportunities and go-to-market activity.
    • Share customer and market insight to improve offerings, campaigns, sales enablement, and competitive positioning.

Your Expertise:
