POSITION INFO:
Job Description Process and verify invoicing instructions, ensuring all information is accurate and complete prior to management approval and signature. Ensure dealers receive a high-quality, professional, and efficient service at all times. Verify pricing and stock availability, and ensure that accurate information is captured and released on the system. Liaise closely with the Finance Department to support invoicing, credit notes, account reconciliations, and related queries. Coordinate with the Logistics Department to facilitate the timely delivery of vehicles. Monitor outstanding accounts and ensure payments are received within agreed credit terms. Provide management with accurate, timely, and consistent feedback on sales and operational activities. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with dealers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Monitor and follow up on back orders to ensure timely invoicing and delivery. Compile and distribute daily sales reports accurately and timeously. Monitor stock quantities and update stock status on a daily basis. Provide administrative and ad hoc support to the Stock and Delivery Departments as required. Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing and Finance, to support and optimise sales activities. Ensure all company policies, procedures, and internal controls are consistently followed. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of responsibility. Minimum Requirements Matric \/ Grade 12 or equivalent. National Diploma, certificate, or relevant qualification in Sales Management or a related field. 2-3 years' experience in sales support, order processing, sales administration, or a similar coordination role. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manipulate data and prepare reports. Valid Code 8 driver's licence. Ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet deadlines. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organisational skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Strong team-player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to shared objectives. Confident, proactive, and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and requirements. .
