Sales and Transport Coordinator

SUMMARY:
An established FMCG concern is seeking an experienced Sales & Transport Co-Ordinator to join its team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales order fulfilment, managing customer service levels and optimising transport operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery performance.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Manage customer service levels, ensuring on-time and in-full (OTIF) deliveries. Oversee truck utilisation and optimise delivery routes. Collaborate with the sales team to maximise truck capacity and delivery efficiency. Manage the sales order fulfilment team, including telesales, order confirmations and order execution. Monitor operational performance and proactively resolve service delivery challenges. Minimum Requirements: Tertiary qualification 3-5 years' experience in a similar role. Previous experience within an FMCG environment is essential. Advanced Excel proficiency.
