We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Sales and Merchandising Assistants. You will work alongside our Sales Representatives and Merchandisers, gaining hands-on experience while helping us make the most of the busy festive trading season.

No previous work experience is required — just bring your positive attitude, commitment and willingness to learn!

🛒 What will you be doing?

• Travelling with Sales Representatives on their daily routes as part of a ride-along team.

• Supporting sales activities and helping the team achieve its targets.

• Merchandising products and ensuring shelves and displays are neat, organised and attractive.

• Assisting with customer service and building positive customer relationships.

• Learning valuable sales and merchandising skills through practical experience and guidance from the team.

• Stipend: Starting from R3,500 per month, depending on your qualification.
  

🎓 What are we looking for?

• A Diploma, Degree or TVET N6 qualification in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.

• Honesty, integrity and reliability.

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• A strong commitment to supporting sales targets and team goals.

• Availability for the full contract period, including December, our peak trading month.
