An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Sales & Finance Control Manager within a franchised automotive dealership in Tzaneen. We are seeking a financially astute and well-organised individual with strong F&I knowledge, excellent administrative capabilities and the ability to oversee and control sales and finance processes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the full F&I and sales administration processes within the dealership. Ensure all finance and insurance transactions, deal structures and supporting documentation are accurate and compliant. Monitor and control sales administration processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to dealership standards. Manage and maintain dealership management systems (DMS), particularly Evolve. Monitor financial performance, reporting, costs and departmental profitability. Identify opportunities to improve financial controls, operational efficiency and profitability. Oversee lead management processes, ensuring effective lead allocation, follow-ups and conversion. Monitor sales leads and ensure that opportunities are managed effectively throughout the sales process. Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth dealership operations. Minimum Requirements: Qualified F&I Manager preferred. Minimum 5 years' relevant experience within the automotive industry. Previous experience managing F&I operations and sales administration processes. Strong working knowledge of dealership management systems (DMS), particularly Evolve. Strong financial acumen with excellent numerical and analytical skills. Good understanding of lead management processes within a franchised dealership. Excellent organisational, administrative and management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
