Sales Agent : Affiliates

What will you do?

• Under direct supervision you will be responsible in managing relationships with Miway’s affiliate partners and converting affiliate-generated leads into sales.
• The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers referred through affiliate channels, and ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance.
• As an affiliate agent you will be handling multi-channel communication, support policy queries, and contribute to sales and service excellence

What will make you successful in this role?

Minimum Qualification

• Grade 12/Standard 10/ NQF 4
• RE5 Certificate (As per DOFA date)
• Fully FAIS Accredited (As per DOFA date)

Minimum Experience

• Minimum of more than 1 year Call Centre experience
• Minimum 1-3 years in the STI environment and client services experience

• Responsible for the execution of our daily and monthly targets
• Ensuring that all sales budgets were met
• Convert affiliate-generated leads into new insurance policy sales
• Follow a target-driven sales approach aligned to MiWay’s performance expectations
• prompt assistance with policy inquiries, product information, and premium explanations
• Creating reports and submitting to management
