Reporting to: Sales Manager Dermatology
Job purpose: To call on relevant Specialists, General Practitioners and Pharmacies within the Private Sector, as well as limited State sector HCPs, where necessary.
Key Job Outputs
· To establish and maintain excellent relationships with key customers & decision makers.
· To consistently achieve Sales Targets, Market Share and growth objectives for the region
· Successfully implement the monthly and quarterly marketing strategies within the territory for the key brands.
· Meet all SFE KPIs for each month and quarter, as set out by the business guidelines
· To respond timeously & professionally to customer complaints & queries
· Diligent reporting as required
· Regular data analysis to identify trends, changes in the territory and implementation of plans proactively where necessary.
· To efficiently manage all expenses
· Successfully launch new brands in the territory and achieve territory sales objectives, as specified.
· To report all pharmacovigilance and product complaints to the relevant regulatory department.
· To maintain a good rapport with both internal and external stakeholders of the company.

Matric
Appropriate tertiary qualification within science or business is preferred
Proficiency in Excel, Word & Power Point and ability to interpret and analyze data
A valid driver’s license.
