Our Life & Funeral Client is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented and results-driven Executive Sales Administrator to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive: Sales. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who can anticipate business needs, manage competing priorities, streamline processes and contribute to the overall effectiveness of a high-performing sales division. The opportunity Reporting to the Executive: Sales, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Sales Advisor Division. From managing executive schedules and coordinating corporate meetings to analysing sales performance data and preparing impactful presentations, you will be a trusted partner in driving operational excellence. Key responsibilities Executive support: Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, arrange business travel and prepare detailed itineraries for the Executive Sales reporting and analysis: Consolidate sales reports, maintain accurate customer and product databases, monitor key information and support performance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Presentations and communication: Develop professional PowerPoint presentations, prepare high-level reports and draft formal correspondence for the Sales Advisor Division. Operational coordination: Oversee daily administrative activities, coordinate internal workflows and facilitate effective communication between departments and teams. Conference and event coordination: Lead the administrative arrangements for the annual Sales Conference and coordinate high-level corporate meetings. Stakeholder support: Respond to queries from District Branch Managers and provide efficient administrative support to sales operations. Financial and travel administration: Prepare requisitions, travel requests and refund documentation accurately and timeously. Process improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance administrative processes, improve productivity and strengthen operational efficiency. Office administration: Maintain an effective filing and document management system, coordinate office activities and support the smooth functioning of the division. Additional reasonable duties may be assigned in line with business requirements. What you will bring Qualifications Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification is essential. A Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration or a related field will be an advantage. Experience A minimum of 4-5 years' relevant experience in executive administration, office management or senior administrative support. Experience in the financial services industry will be advantageous. Demonstrated experience in preparing reports, coordinating meetings and managing multiple priorities in a professional environment. Technical expertise Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook. Excellent presentation development, reporting and data management skills. The ability to use technology and administrative systems to improve efficiency and accuracy. Personal attributes Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong planning, problem-solving and time-management abilities. Professionalism, discretion and the ability to handle confidential information. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels. The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and deliver under pressure. Additional language proficiency will be an advantage.
