POSITION INFO:
What you'll need: National Senior Certificate or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification. SAMTRAC or NEBOSH certificate. HIRA certification. At least 2 years' Safety Officer experience , with 4 years preferred. Valid South African driver's licence and own transport. Advantageous: Level 3 Incident Investigation Certificate, Fall Protection Planner Certificate, SACPCMP registration and a valid passport. Your role will include: Conducting risk assessments and recommending preventative measures. Checking that tools and equipment are safe for use. Monitoring hazards and unsafe conditions.
