Feed Mill Team Leader (Trainee)

"Our client is seeking a motivated and hands-on Feed Mill Team Leader to assist with the daily supervision of feed mill operations, drive production staff performance, and grow within the dynamic agricultural manufacturing sector."

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: National Senior Certificate of equivalent to NQF4. 1 year of supervisory experience will be advantageous. Knowledge of feed mill machinery and equipment will be advantageous. Valid RSA driver's license with own transport. Responsibilities: Conduct regular quality control checks on the feed, including inspections for ingredient accuracy, and final product uniformity. Responsible for manufacturing feed according to established formulas and quality standards whilst ensuring staff performs duties as per procedure. Troubleshoot and address any production issues or equipment malfunctions promptly to minimise downtime.
