• The Retail Site Supervisor’s focus is to ensure operational efficiency, meeting departmental targets, and upholding brand standards through hands-on management, direct execution, and effective implementation of operational tasks.

Qualifications

• Grade 12

Criteria

• Code 8 Drivers License
• Own Vehicle and willing to travel
• Previous employment within a grocery retailer
• Previous employment in the fuel industry will be
• Must be able to interpret site performance and identify areas for improvement
• Labour relations knowledge and skills
• Self-starter with proven high levels of initiative
• High emotional intelligence
