Resin Plant Operator

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Manufacturing industry is looking to appoint two qualified and experienced Resin Plant Operators to join their team based in Durban, Kwazulu-Natal. 

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Matric qualification. Valid Forklift license. Responsibilities but not limited to: Expected to undertake all work activities in accordance with the company's health and safety policies. The employee is expected to perform any task reasonably requested by any senior member of staff. Manufacture resin products in accordance with manufacturing guidelines, as set out in batch manufacturing instructions. Ensure that manufactured products conform to the specification criteria set out for each product, by performing stipulated quality assessments. Package and label manufactured products as required. Accurately complete the job card for purposes of administration: Record all components used in the preparation of product, by batch. Record process conditions applied during manufacture. Record final packaged product yields. Deliver manufactured products as prescribed by the production schedule. Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal plant performance. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping in the manufacturing areas under responsibility.
