Production & Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

An established roof tile manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Production & Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee production, supervise staff and maintain industrial machinery to minimise downtime and improve efficiency.



𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

▪️ Diagnose and repair electrical faults on industrial machinery.
▪️ Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors and control circuits.
▪️ Perform preventative maintenance and maintain equipment records.
▪️ Oversee production output, quality, waste and downtime.
▪️ Coordinate maintenance to minimise production interruptions.
▪️ Supervise, train and manage production and maintenance staff.
▪️ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

▪️ Relevant electrical trade or industrial maintenance qualification.
▪️ Minimum 5 years' industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
▪️ Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
▪️ Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors and industrial control systems.
▪️ Previous supervisory or production management experience.
▪️ Good problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
