Rental Business Manager

SUMMARY:
Lead the development and growth of an underground mining equipment rental business, taking responsibility for rental revenue, fleet utilisation, profitability, customer development, contracts and equipment lifecycle management.

POSITION INFO:
Requires a degree or diploma in Business Management, Engineering, Mining, Finance or a related discipline and 5 to 8+ years' experience in mining equipment, heavy equipment, rental or related industries, together with strong underground hard-rock mining exposure. Proven commercial and business development experience, major mining customer management, strong financial acumen, contract negotiation and knowledge of underground mobile equipment are key.
