SUMMARY:
Our client in Financial Advisory is seeking a Relationship Manager to join its Pretoria team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships throughout the debt review process

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Manage consumer relationships throughout the debt review process, from onboarding to completion Handle client queries across phone, WhatsApp, email and digital platforms Coordinate with internal teams, creditors, payment distribution agencies and legal stakeholders to resolve client matters Monitor client satisfaction and identify potential risks or complaints Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with service standards Manage a high-volume client portfolio Identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall client experience Contribute to team development Minimum requirements: Matric A qualification in Finance or a related field A minimum of 3 years of Debt Review or Financial Industry Experience NCR Debt Counsellor Certification (advantageous) Familiarity with the FAIS Act Strong understanding of the National Credit Act Consultant: Tshwaragano Tlhabanelo - Dante Personnel Johannesburg Apply via our website If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
