Purpose of the job: To implement the Regional People Solutions Partner strategy in the defined region, through the effective management of the people support function. The position will be based in Centurion - Pretoria Responsibilities: Recruitment and Selection Industrial Relations Personnel Administration Maintain Sikhula KunYe culture Personnel policies and procedures Succession Planning Training and Development Operational support to line management Requirements: Grade 12 with a relevant Honours degree within the HR Discipline At least 5 years' experience within a generalist HR Role Retail knowledge and experience will be an advantage Computer Literate (G. Suite) Valid Code 8 manual driver's license and willingness to undertake extensive travel
