Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and communication of financial policies, procedures, systems, and internal controls. Drive the development, implementation, and monitoring of regional business plans and budgets. Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and provide comprehensive financial reporting to management. Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements, financial regulations, and audit standards. Review and manage capital expenditure plans to ensure optimal allocation of resources and budget adherence. Oversee contracts and service level agreements to support operational and strategic objectives. Manage regional administrative and support services, including facilities, transport, security, and related functions. Provide leadership and direction to finance and support teams, ensuring high performance and professional development. Support business decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic recommendations. Ensure the effective management and oversight of regional financial and information technology functions.
