Our client, a dynamic organization operating across banking, financial services, fintech, and IT sectors, is seeking a seasoned Programme Executive to drive impactful projects, optimize team performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. What You'll Do: Model capacity requirements across a full portfolio of projects based on strategic needs Communicate capacity impacts and steer effective planning processes Ensure structures facilitate alignment of capacity with organizational priorities Drive practices for optimized capacity planning and resource allocation Oversee branch budgets aligned with operational and growth strategies in support of overall corporate strategy Contribute to strategic planning initiatives and support the leadership agenda Manage team performance, encourage accountability, and build a high-performing culture Participate in recruitment, selection, and motivation of senior staff Empower teams to make decisions and propose tailored solutions to business challenges Monitor and ensure the achievement of targets, including divisional EE and transformation plans Support corporate citizenship and develop strategies for a differentiated organizational culture Requirements: 12 to 15 years of experience in a senior capacity Proven expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and change management Strong background in budgeting, accounting, and development Proficiency in R and C programming is advantageous Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively Nice to Have: Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or IT industries What We'll Give You: Salary: R160,000 - R250,000 per month (Cost to Company), negotiable A hybrid work environment offering flexibility and balance The chance to work with a leading organization committed to innovation and transformation Ready to make a meaningful impact and contribute to a forward-thinking organization?
