What you'll do
- Control and manage routing schedules to ensure timely dispatch of deliveries.
- Resolve client service inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor and address discrepancies related to invoices not processed through dispatch on time.
- Identify and process misprints accurately to maintain data integrity.
- Rebook any missing invoices to ensure complete and accurate financial records.
- Prioritise and organise invoices according to their respective routes for streamlined operations.
- Investigate and account for any missing stock promptly.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned duties within established deadlines.
- Maintain accuracy in credit processing and promptly communicate with clients regarding their accounts.
- Provide high-quality, accurate information and actions to uphold service excellence and client satisfaction.
What you bring
- Minimum educational qualification of Grade 12 (high school diploma or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating relevant skills and competencies
