Process System Operator

Location - Operations

•    Must know how to use and care for processing equipment;
•    Fully understanding the CIP processes.
•    Work according to standard work instructions;
•    Understanding of different chemical specifications and machine handling procedures;
•    Understanding of the flow of CIP, work, information and relation between data and work;
•    Support the Production Artisan in all CIP related tasks and troubleshooting;
•    Operate the CIP program
•    Wash (CIP and Hand Wash) and record all CIP processes;
•    Controlling of CIP concentrates and daily tanks; and
•    Analize and testing of CIP samples of different tankers and equipment.
•    Assist with on reducing tanker penalties
•    Optimize the CIP times per unit
•    Assisting with audits

•    Matric or equivalent;
•    Computer literate;
•    Knowledge and experience in a FMCG environment.
•    2 - 3 years’ experience in a food related industry experience would be desirable
•    Attention to detail
•    Be a team player;
•    Effective communication skills; and
•    Ability to work with figures
•    Able to interoperate reports
•    Willing to work long hours, weekends and public holidays when required
