SUMMARY:
Remuneration: R20 000 - R25 000 per month + Incentive + Medical Aid + Provident Fund

A leading passenger vehicle dealership representing top-selling automotive brands is seeking an experienced Warranty Clerk to join their aftersales team in George. This position is ideally suited to a detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of dealership warranty processes and manufacturer warranty policies.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Process and submit warranty claims accurately and within specified manufacturer deadlines Ensure all warranty documentation is complete, compliant, and properly filed Liaise with service advisors, technicians, workshop controllers, and manufacturer representatives regarding warranty-related matters Monitor outstanding warranty claims and follow up on rejected or unpaid claims Review repair orders to ensure warranty submissions meet manufacturer requirements Maintain accurate warranty records and reports Assist with warranty audits and ensure dealership compliance with manufacturer standards Identify and address potential warranty discrepancies or claim issues Support the Aftersales Department with administrative duties relating to warranty processes Minimum Requirements: Current experience as a Warranty Clerk within a franchised motor dealership is essential Proven experience handling warranty claims for passenger vehicles Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty procedures and policies Excellent administrative and organisational skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Computer literacy, including dealership management systems Familiarity with dealership management systems and manufacturer warranty portals Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's licence Please note: Only candidates with relevant franchised motor dealership warranty experience will be considered.
