POSITION INFO:
Employer Description Payment processing and financial solutions company. Job Description Your duties will encompass: Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve new business targets. Drive new merchant acquisition through proactive prospecting and business development. Build, manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share. Present solutions, negotiate commercial terms and close deals. Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline activity and revenue generation. Work closely with onboarding, operations, technical and finance teams to ensure smooth client implementation. Analyse market trends, competitor activity and industry developments. Recruit, train and develop Sales Consultants. Maintain strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers. Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Finance or related field. Skills Minimum 5 years proven B2B sales experience with sales team management responsibility. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding new business targets. Experience within Payments, Financial Services, Fintech or Banking. Strong understanding of merchant services and payment processing solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills. Ability to lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team. Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience managing sales pipelines and KPIs. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Benefits Commission
