Organisational Development Expert

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Organisational Development Expert to provide specialist advisory and planning support for organisational development and institutional transformation initiatives within a municipal or public-sector environment.

POSITION INFO:
The appointments are ad-hoc engagements over six months, requiring 96 hours per month. Minimum Requirements Postgraduate qualification or Bachelor's Degree in Organisational Development, Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, Public Administration, or a related field. Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in organisational development, strategic planning, change management, organisational design, and institutional transformation within the public sector or municipal environment.
