Operations Project Manager - Rneg A fast‑growing organisation is looking for a hands‑on Operations Project Manager to drive execution across operational, logistics, process and implementation projects. This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, creating structure, and getting things over the line in a fast‑moving environment. Responsibilities: Own projects end‑to‑end from problem definition to implementation. Break complex operational challenges into clear actions, timelines and deliverables. Work across Operations, Technology, Commercial and Customer teams to deliver outcomes. Identify bottlenecks, risks and inefficiencies and implement practical solutions. Track progress, report on milestones and ensure execution happens. Build scalable processes and improve how the business operates. Use data to support decisions and measure results. Requirements: Experience in operations, implementation, logistics, engineering or project delivery. Strong problem‑solving ability and comfort working in fast‑changing environments. Ability to create structure from ambiguity and drive accountability. Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams. High levels of ownership, initiative and follow‑through.
