POSITION INFO:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all units remain operational and revenue-generating while driving expansion through new retail locations and corporate rental opportunities. This position suits a proactive individual who is comfortable working in the field, solving operational issues, analysing performance data, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Business Development Generate new business through outbound sales activities, networking, and site visits. Secure new retail locations, including shopping centres, airports, and premium venues. Grow the corporate rental model across offices, hotels, gyms, and wellness facilities. Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through to signed agreements. Maintain CRM records, proposals, and pipeline reporting. Operations Management Monitor daily performance, uptime, transactions, and revenue. Manage installations, relocations, repairs, and inventory. Ensure operational issues are resolved quickly with minimal downtime. Maintain strong relationships with landlords, site management, suppliers, and contractors. Coordinate logistics and site readiness for new installations. Reporting & Optimisation Produce daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Analyse site profitability and operational performance. Recommend and implement improvements to increase revenue and efficiency. Track costs against budgets and profitability targets. Brand Ambassador Management Coordinate staffing and site coverage. Train and support Brand Ambassadors. Conduct site audits and performance reviews. Ensure operational standards are maintained across all locations. Requirements Essential Minimum 5 years' experience in Operations, Business Development, Account Management, or a related field. Proven outbound B2B sales experience. Experience managing operations across multiple sites. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Proficiency in Excel and AI productivity tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Tech-savvy and comfortable with payment systems and connected devices . Valid South African driver's licence and own reliable vehicle. Based in Johannesburg and willing to travel nationally. Advantageous Existing relationships within retail, property, hospitality, wellness, or corporate sectors. Experience in vending, retail technology, cashless payment, or telemetry environments. Experience managing field teams or promotional staff. CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar). Start-up or entrepreneurial background. Non-Negotiables Minimum 5 years' relevant experience. Demonstrated B2B sales success. Hands-on operational approach. Own vehicle and valid driver's licence. Johannesburg-based. Available for after-hours and weekend support when required.
