New Sales Executive - Hyundai Bellville

About the Role 

• As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales across Hyundai's new vehicle range. 
• You will build lasting customer relationships, understand individual mobility needs and provide trusted advice throughout the purchasing journey. Through passion, excellence and grit, you will contribute to customer satisfaction, sustainable target growth and the continued success of the dealership. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. 
• Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable Hyundai vehicle solutions. 
• Conduct engaging vehicle presentations, test drives and product demonstrations. 
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets. 
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking and prospecting activities. 
• Collaborate with finance, service, parts and marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. 
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within the CRM system. 
• Remain informed about Hyundai products, competitor activity and industry developments. 

Job Requirements 

• Proven sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. 
• A customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service. 
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results. 
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools. 
• A valid driver's licence. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Previous experience within a high-volume dealership environment. 
• Knowledge of current automotive technologies and market trends. 
• A relevant sales or business qualification will be advantageous.
