Our client, a leading motorcycle dealership in Centurion, is seeking a passionate and results-driven Motorcycle Sales Executive to join their dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for an energetic sales professional with a passion for motorcycles, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers while achieving sales targets.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Sell new and pre-owned motorcycles in line with dealership sales objectives Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Conduct professional vehicle presentations and motorcycle demonstrations Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and finance solutions Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, and prospecting activities Follow up on enquiries and maintain regular contact with prospective customers Negotiate sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators Promote motorcycle accessories, extended warranties, service plans, and insurance products Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using the dealership CRM system Ensure all sales documentation complies with dealership and regulatory requirements Keep up to date with product knowledge, competitor activities, and industry trends Minimum Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) Previous vehicle sales experience within a motorcycle dealership environment is essential Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Valid South African driver's licence with motorcycle licence endorsement preferred Strong negotiation and closing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Computer literate with experience using CRM and sales management systems Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude Motor Industry experience Essential!
