Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a mid-to-senior Motion Graphics Designer who combines strong creative thinking with excellent technical skills. You should be passionate about animation, video and especially fast-paced, social-first content. What You Will Do Create motion graphics, animation and video for digital, social, film and emerging platforms. Produce fast-turnaround content for TikTok, Reels and Stories. Bring campaign concepts, storyboards and static designs to life through motion. Edit, adapt and repurpose content for different platforms. Collaborate with art directors, designers, copywriters and producers. Contribute creative ideas from concept through to execution. Stay current with motion, social and cultural trends. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. Ensure work aligns with client brand guidelines and visual systems. What You Need 5+ years' experience in motion design, animation or a similar role. Strong portfolio\/showreel featuring motion, video and social content. Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator . Experience creating vertical social content for TikTok, Reels and Stories. Strong understanding of animation, typography, pacing and sound. Cinema 4D or Blender experience is advantageous. Strong time management and ability to work under pressure. Collaborative, hands-on approach. Comfortable working within a flat creative team.
