POSITION INFO:
Join a large enterprise environment where you'll drive reporting improvements, support operational decision-making, and help improve business performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and management information systems Extract and analyse data using SQL to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities Monitor KPIs, SLAs, operational performance, and business trends Provide data-driven insights to improve productivity and operational efficiency Automate reporting processes and maintain data accuracy Lead reporting projects and initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve existing processes Leverage AI tools to enhance reporting and analytical workflows Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in an MIS role Strong MIS, reporting, and data analytics experience Advanced Excel and SQL skills; experience with Python, Power BI, Tableau, and\/or SharePoint Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Microsoft Copilot Proven ability to build reports and dashboards, analyse data, and identify discrepancies Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills BPO experience is an advantage Location and Work Arrangements: Based in Cape Town, this is a strictly office-based role involving shift work aligned with US time zones.
