POSITION INFO:
ENVIRONMENT: PROVIDE operational, administrative, content, and digital marketing support across multiple brands as the next Marketing Coordinator sought by a premier Distributor of Healthcare Products to join its East London division. You will be responsible for coordinating marketing workflows, managing organic social media and email marketing execution, maintaining reporting and marketing systems, supporting campaign delivery, and supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the marketing function. The role serves as the central point of coordination between internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and platform partners, ensuring marketing activities are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with business objectives. The successful incumbent must possess a Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Communications/Business Administration, or a related field with 3-5 years' experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar marketing support role including experience managing social media, email marketing and marketing reporting. DUTIES: Marketing Operations & Administration - ·        Manage access, permissions, and administration across marketing platforms and supplier portals. ·        Maintain digital filing structures and ensure assets, reports and documentation are correctly filed and accessible. ·        Manage content approvals (for both paid and organic), version control, and asset filing processes. ·        Ensure marketing assets are correctly stored, organised, and accessible. ·        Coordinate internal and external marketing communications. ·        Maintain accurate records of campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities. Organic Social Media & Community Management - ·        Execute organic social media activity across all brands. ·        Manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing. ·        Track performance and provide reporting and insights. ·        Coordinate influencer, ambassador, and competition activities. ·        Ensure content aligns with brand and campaign requirements. Email Marketing & CRM Coordination - ·        Coordinate and deploy email marketing campaigns. ·        Manage email calendars, content, and audience segments. ·        Support automated email journeys and CRM activities. ·        Ensure compliance with POPIA and email marketing best practices. Account Management - ·        Manage Account Management. Online Promotions & Deal Management - ·        Conduct final quality checks of online deals before publication. ·        Confirm pricing, assets, links, and promotional information. ·        Coordinate deal implementation with relevant stakeholders. Events & Activations - ·        Assist with the evaluation, planning, and implementation of events and activations. ·        Coordinate event requirements, suppliers, assets, and communication. ·        Support post-event reporting and administration. REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications – ·        Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience/Skills - ·        3-5 Years' experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar marketing support role. ·        Strong organisational, administration and project coordination skills. ·        Experience managing social media, email marketing and marketing reporting. ·        Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing platforms. Advantageous – ·        Experience in ecommerce, retail or consumer brands. ·        Experience with Monday.com , Mailchimp/Omnisend or similar marketing platforms. ·        Experience coordinating events, influencers or brand partnerships.
