Join an established manufacturing business where finance plays an important role in understanding performance, controlling costs and improving profitability. Based at the corporate offices in Centurion, this role offers the opportunity to work beyond traditional reporting, partnering with the business to turn financial data into meaningful commercial insight. Ideal for a commercially minded Management Accountant who enjoys asking questions, identifying trends and influencing better business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts and financial performance reports Analyse budgets, forecasts and actual results, highlighting key variances Monitor manufacturing costs, margins and profitability Provide financial insights and support decision-making across the business Partner with operational stakeholders to identify cost efficiencies and improve performance Job Experience & Skills Required: BCom in Accounting, Finance or Management Accounting Proven Management Accounting experience Manufacturing or production environment exposure advantageous Strong budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis experience Costing, margin analysis and financial modelling capabilities Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency Commercially astute with strong analytical and communication skills Apply now!
