Fox ▪ Computer literacy is a must on: Excel, Word, Outlook and Syspro| |**Attributes **|▪ Self-motivated and well presented. ▪ Intelligent and committed individual. ▪ A team player who works well with others ▪ Be able to work under pressure and overall goal driven. ▪ Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills| | Roles and **Responsibilities **|▪ Answer incoming customer calls on Ocular. ▪ Answer incoming emails on Ocular. ▪ Process customer quotations. ▪ Process customer purchase orders. ▪ Address customer queries. ▪ Address walk in customers. ▪ Communicate with the accounts dept with regards to customer account queries ▪ Communicate with dispatch with regards to customer special requests for delivery ▪ Communicate with embroidery with regards to customer branded orders ▪ Communicate with the buying dept with regards to customer special buy-out orders ▪ Ensure that all quotes and purchase orders are processed within the specified times. ▪ Ensure that all relevant paperwork is submitted.| To apply : Please forward your CV together with copies of your qualifications to the stipulated email address or drop your cv off at the Human Resource Department.
