Employer Description My client is a packaging and printing company Job Description The successful candidate will manage, train and develop the Production Staff in order to ensure that all individual employees perform effectively and efficiently and to the best of their abilities and meet job requirements Keep the team performing at their best by making sure everyone is used effectively, well supervised, and motivated Make sure productivity and quality stay at a good level through proper supervision Keep in regular contact with suppliers to make sure their services meet the required standards and are delivered cost-effectively Make sure maintenance is carried out properly and on time. Make sure company procedures are followed at all times. Ensure that all Health and Safety procedures are followed. Keep the department clean, organised and well maintained Qualifications Matric Logistics\/ Supply Chain Qualification is an added advantage Skills 3 to 5 Years Experience in similar position Required to work overtime from time to time Sound knowledge of various packaging processes Salary\/Package R75.00 TO R80.00 Per Hour (Weekly Wages)
