Inventory & Systems Manager

Hire Resolve's client is seeking an experienced Inventory & Systems Manager to oversee inventory control, warehouse systems and operational efficiency at their distribution center in Cape Town.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock control, cycle counts and stock reconciliations.

• Manage SAP system updates, inventory reporting and data integrity.

• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement process improvements.

• Monitor stock levels, traceability, shelf life and warehouse compliance.

• Analyse KPIs and prepare operational reports.

• Lead inventory staff and collaborate with warehouse management.

• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with relevant quality and safety standards.

• BSc in Industrial Engineering. 

• 5+ years’ leadership experience in supply chain management. 

• Strong SAP experience is essential. 

• Pharmaceutical and/or Food & Beverage industry experience preferred. 

• Experience managing warehouse inventory, systems and reporting. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. 

• Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving and organisational skills. 

• Knowledge of warehouse quality standards and safety procedures.
