• An Internal Sales Representative is required to support a commercial team within the truck parts sector. The role focuses on handling customer enquiries, processing sales, and providing product support across key product categories including suspension, friction, and cooling components for commercial vehicles.

Requirements:

• Experience in internal sales within the truck parts or automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle components (suspension, friction, cooling systems)
• Ability to process quotes, orders, and customer enquiries accurately
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good understanding of technical truck parts and applications
• Strong attention to detail and administrative ability
• Computer literate (sales systems / ERP experience advantageous)
