About the Role We are seeking a technically proficient and hands-on Paid Media Specialist to join a dynamic team in Pretoria. This role is ideal for a performance-driven professional who excels at managing high-level digital campaigns across multiple platforms while ensuring optimal budget pacing and ROI for a diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns, from technical setup to ongoing optimisation and reporting. Oversee multiple client accounts and substantial media budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Utilise GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to track conversions and provide data-driven insights. Monitor and manage campaign budgets and bid strategies to ensure accurate pacing and prevent overspending or underspending. Analyse campaign performance daily to identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations. Work independently and maintain high levels of accountability for campaign outcomes. Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing. Proven experience working within a digital marketing agency environment. Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Exposure to LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, and display advertising. Excellent working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and Looker Studio. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and large-scale media budgets.
