INTERNAL SALES MANAGER
Location: Germiston, Gauteng
Salary: Neg depending on experience

Our client is looking for an experienced and hands-on Internal Sales Manager to lead their internal sales function, manage customer relationships and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the internal sales team, overseeing customer orders and quotations, monitoring sales performance, resolving customer queries and ensuring a high level of customer service.

This is a customer-focused position suited to an individual with strong internal sales, team management, customer service and commercial administration experience.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: Grade 12 \/ Matric 3-5 years' experience in Internal Sales, preferably within a technical, industrial, manufacturing or distribution environment Previous experience managing or supervising an Internal Sales team Strong customer service and relationship management experience Experience with quotations, customer orders, invoicing and sales administration Experience managing customer accounts, credit limits and COD requirements Strong sales reporting and customer sales analysis experience Experience identifying sales opportunities and growing existing accounts Good computer literacy Pastel experience advantageous ISO 9001 experience advantageous Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Technical product knowledge\/advisory experience would be advantageous Consultant: Bianca Bezuidenhout - Dante Personnel East Rand Apply via our website If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
