As an Information Technology Manager, you will play a key role in planning, managing and monitoring the implementation of information technology activities and processes in order to deliver on approved operational IT plans and continuously enhance service delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Contribute to IT strategy development and target setting.
• Implement and manage information technology management systems.
• Define operating procedures and service delivery standards.
• Coordinate vendors and service providers.
• Manage operational and IT risks and governance compliance.
• Plan and manage IT infrastructure requirements.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance.
• Lead workforce planning, performance management and development.
• Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor of Commerce: Business Informatics
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar environment
