In-Store Retail Sales Agents x 5

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven In-Store Retail Sales Agents to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for proactively engaging potential clients in designated retail stores, promoting and selling Educational Policies, and accurately completing sales applications using a company-provided tablet.  This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about retail sales and customer engagement and committed to delivering exceptional results while contributing to the overall success of the business.

POSITION INFO:
Duties and Responsibilities: Proactively approach potential clients, understand their requirements and introduce the Educational Policy offering professionally. Promote and sell Educational Policies, explain product features, benefits and applicable terms, and work towards agreed sales and conversion targets. Capture and verify client information accurately and completely on the allocated tablet, following the prescribed onboarding process. Protect customer information, follow approved sales scripts and compliance requirements, and escalate complaints or concerns to the Sales Team Leader. Provide accurate sales reporting, maintain activity records and participate in team meetings, briefings, training and coaching.
