Financial Service Sales Consultant - Funeral Cover

We are seeking a high-performing Financial Service Sales Consultant with a proven track record in call centre sales and financial services product sales, particularly within the funeral cover industry. This is an opportunity for a results-driven professional who thrives in a target-based environment and is passionate about helping customers secure financial protection for themselves and their families. 

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of outbound call centre sales experience
• Proven success selling financial services products, with funeral cover experience strongly preferred
• Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and closing abilities
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
• Experience working towards and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Matric (Grade 12) essential
• FAIS accreditation and/or RE5 qualification advantageous
• Willing to work different shifts
• Ideally individuals under the age of 35 years

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales through outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote and sell funeral cover products while identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Build customer relationships and provide professional product guidance.
• Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline activity in CRM systems.
• Consistently achieve call, conversion, and sales targets while maintaining compliance standards.
