HR Practitioner HRD (SDF)

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To identify individual and departmental training needs and to coordinate learning interventions which will assist individuals and the organisation to attain its objectives.

SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT AND QUALITY:
• Identify and assess level of continuous risk exposures in area of responsibility by considering exposures to business, financial, legal issues, people, equipment, material, environment, processes, etc.
• Consider the level of risk, apply mitigation and implement control measures for residual risk (set objectives, minimum requirements, etc.)
• Comply with SHEQ requirements (SHEQ Toolbox) 
• Utilise the Integrated Management System (IMS) to initiate, investigate and report SHEQ status us.

CUSTOMERS: 
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction

GROWTH:
• Manage continuous improvement through Operational Excellence.
   SHAREHOLDER VALUE:
• Support shareholder value by maintaining stable plant throughput, minimising grade deviation from approved plans, improving loading turnaround time and ensuring that tonnes loaded are aligned with daily production and dispatch target.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Degree or National Diploma (Human Resources Management)
• Grade 12/N3 
• 5 year’s relevant experience, preferably 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Knowledge and Skills:
• Training qualification.
• Certificate of competence in Skills Development facilitation (SDF Certificate)
• Coach the learner
• ETDP NQF Level 3
• Assessor certificate
