Hotel Duty Manager

• An exciting opportunity awaits a polished, guest-focused Hotel Duty Manager to join a prestigious 4/5-star hospitality environment.
• Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining exceptional service standards, overseeing guest-facing operations and ensuring every guest experience is seamless, memorable and personalised.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years’ management experience in a similar role within a 4/5-star hotel
• Recognised hospitality diploma or degree advantageous
• Exceptional guest relations, communication and problem-solving skills
• Confident leadership with the ability to manage teams, resolve conflict and make sound decisions under pressure
• Strong administration, planning and organisational skills
• Excellent knowledge of hotel operations, outlets and guest services
• Proficiency in OPERA and Microsoft Office
• Impeccable grooming, professionalism and service etiquette
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; an additional foreign language is advantageous
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
